New Era Creations

New Era Creations is a full service firm that specialises in high residential projects. The mission of NEC (New Era Creations) is to create interiors that are timeless, sophisticated and functional. The company was formed in 2019 by Nondumiso Maseko a trained  Interior designer and thereafter developed interest in furniture manufacturing and refurbishment.

Her understanding of scale, proportion and design led her to create harmonious,clean warm residential interiors.

Inspired by her father, a talented master craftsman, Nondumiso has a thorough understanding of timeless design, custom furniture and the construction of fine hand crafted furnishings. Nondu's affinity for classical forms and close attention to detail has created opportunities for her in this industry.

She then later developed interest in Renovations and reconstruction.

Modern with a spirit of ingenuity and a tint of uniqueness

Everything we design and sell is made right in our workshop in Pietermaritzburg. From concept to execution - not much is outsourced.

We favor the immediacy of drawing and the tactility of a prototype over modeling on computers. And our clients benefit from the visceral reaction of seeing a small scale model or full size prototype.
